Online Screening

Virtual daily screening is required every morning prior to arrival at Fairy Glen Day Care as per requirements from the Ministry of Education and Public Health. The greeter will ask parents/guardians to show the confirmation email that has been submitted, with the daily results of the online screening survey. The survey must be completed daily for each child. If you receive a score that is not 8/8 (or 5/8 if your child receive their final (or second in a two-dose series) COVID-19 vaccination dose more than 14 days ago, or have they tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 90 days and have since been cleared), please stay home and contact your site supervisor for next steps. Please check your child’s body temperature at home. A recheck may or may not be conducted at the time of arrival. If your child’s temperature is above 37.8°C or 100°F, please stay home and contact your site supervisor for the next steps.
